getting ready for the race

For the record, this is not what you want to see 3 days before you are scheduled to run a 15K. (yes, 9.3 miles) (yes, in 3 friggin’ days – do you hear me ankle?!?)

    1. probably have to decide by tomorrow night since we have to leave so early Saturday morning. It’s a pretty bad sprain. I don’t know what to think at this point.
