This Little League thing isn’t always easy (for the kids or their parents). But when it’s done right – when the kids play with smiles on their faces, when they get better as the season goes on – then it’s so very good.

I love the last picture.
There’s just something about boys playing baseball. It’s probably the #1 reason I wish I’d had a boy too. (And I know, Amara could play baseball. But like I said… there’s just something about boys playing baseball.)
Yes, there is something about boys playing baseball. And when your boy is out there smiling it’s perfect. That last picture is one of three that I took of him and the kid next to him talking between pitches. They were having a ball. It made my heart so happy.
